Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to be the first point of contact for members and guests at our club. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, checking in members, informing them about events, and promoting services and merchandise.

The MSR will maintain a welcoming atmosphere, handle inquiries, and support daily front desk operations in a fast-paced fitness environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
