Job summary

Fitness Ventures LLC is hiring a friendly Member Services Representative (MSR) who serves as the first and last point of contact for members at our facilities. The MSR greets guests, assists with check-in, answers phones, and promotes club services while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

The ideal candidate has experience with children, CPR certification, and the ability to work in accordance with local/state requirements.

Qualifications

• CPR certification (Child/Infant) required or maintained.
• Experience working with children.
• Certifications as required by local/state laws.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a smile and assist at check-in.
• Answer phones in courteous, helpful manner.
• Sell retail products and schedule member services.
• Communicate special events to members and guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with club software messaging at check-in.
• Forward member requests to a manager.
• Maintain professional disposition at all times.
• Know club facilities, services, and schedules.
• Follow policies in Team Member Handbook.
