Job summary

Houston Fitness Partners is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to greet members, answer phones, and process retail transactions while helping to drive sales in a fast-paced gym environment. The role requires reliable attendance, basic computer skills, and a willingness to obtain CPR/AED certification.

As part of the Planet Fitness brand, you will work across Houston locations, maintain clean facilities, and provide excellent customer service to members and guests.

Qualifications

• Superior customer service skills.
• Self-starter with initiative and minimal supervision.
• Punctual and dependable with a solid work ethic.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests with confidence, energy, and professionalism.
• Anticipate member needs and respond promptly with accurate information.
• Answer phones promptly and provide knowledgeable information.
• Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Conduct prospective member calls and tours; assess membership needs and close sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of the club and equipment for up to 50% of the shift.
• Answer questions regarding policies accurately and in a friendly manner.
• May work at any Planet Fitness location within Houston Fitness Partners.
