Job summary

Houston Fitness Partners is hiring a friendly Member Service Representative to welcome members, answer questions, and support a high-energy club environment. You will handle front-desk duties, field inquiries, perform tours, process retail transactions, and help meet sales goals while maintaining a clean, safe facility.

The role requires 6–12 months of face-to-face customer service, reliable punctuality, a proactive attitude, basic computer skills, and willingness to obtain CPR/AED certification

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of face-to-face customer service experience.
• Self-starter who takes initiative with minimal direction and supervision.
• Must be punctual and dependable with a solid work ethic.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

• Anticipate member needs and respond promptly with efficient customer service.
• Answer phones promptly and in a friendly manner.
