Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Littleton, CO to drive new member sales and deliver a superior member experience through friendly, proactive service at the front desk. The role requires welcoming guests, guiding tours, and promoting the value of gym membership in a fast-paced club setting.

You will greet potential members, answer phones professionally, handle sign‑ups and cancellations, assist with member check‑ins, update account information, and escalate issues

Qualifications

• Honesty and a strong work ethic are required.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
• Basic computer skills for front desk tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks: answering phones, taking info calls and tours, assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member accounts.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
