Planet Fitness is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to be the first point of contact for members and guests. You will assist with memberships, answer questions, tours and sign-ups, and ensure a welcoming, clean club environment.

In this on-site role, you’ll handle front desk operations, process payments, and promote current membership options while delivering exceptional customer service in a Judgement Free Zone.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• On-site work is required.
• CPR/AED Certification within the required timeframe.
• Tanning Certification within the required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Process new memberships, cancellations, and payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across the club floor and facilities.
• Answer phones professionally and assist with tours and sign-ups.
