Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks; answer questions and assist guests.
• Take information calls and tours, and schedule appointments.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member accounts.
• Facilitate member services issues and forward to Club Manager as needed.
• Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the club.
