Job summary

SECU is seeking a Member Services Representative to assist members with branch operations, cash handling, account openings, and maintenance. You will explain products, answer questions, and support notary services.

The role requires excellent communication, reliability, and the ability to balance the cash drawer. You will engage with the community, process deposits and transfers, and provide high quality service across in-person, phone, and digital channels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Self-motivated and dependable.
• Active listener and communicator.
• At least 2 years of SECU or related experience preferred.
• Excellent balancing record with no violations in 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Process account openings and maintenance for members.
• Handle tax-advantaged accounts, wire transfers, and currency exchange.
• Provide Notary Public services.
• Balance cash drawer and vault, and process deposits/withdrawals.
• Assist with member inquiries via in-person, phone, and digital channels.
