SECU is seeking an entry-level Associate Member Services Representative to provide exemplary member service by responding to inquiries by phone and in person, and by handling routine branch operations according to established procedures.

The role includes cash box management, account origination and maintenance, and learning SECU policies, security practices, and product referrals through structured training and on-the-job learning.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Must possess an aptitude for meeting people and developing member confidence, respect, and trust in the Credit Union.
• Must have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must complete the Credit Union’s Core Module Program within 12 months of hire date as a condition of employment.

Responsabilités

• Respond to member inquiries by telephone and in person.
• Perform routine branch duties and follow standard branch procedures.
• Balance the cash drawer and manage cash transactions.
• Process transactions including wire transfers and account maintenance.
