State Employees' Credit Union is seeking a Member Services Representative to manage account openings, maintenance, and standard branch operations. Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Preferred - Bachelor's degree, or Certified Credit Union Executive Certification, or Associate of Arts/Science via NC-CTP.
• Aptitude for meeting people and developing member confidence, respect and trust.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in account maintenance and opening all account types for new members.
• Process tax-advantaged accounts, wire transfers, and foreign currency exchanges.
• Provide Notary Public services as requested by management.
• Greet and assist members across in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Balance cash drawer and operate drive-through as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of credit union products and services and provide quality referrals.
