Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of service-oriented experience.
• Cash-handling experience preferred.
• Strong math skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet and Email.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and direct members to create a positive experience.
• Explain credit union services and open/close accounts.
• Resolve account discrepancies and assist with complex transactions.
• Assist with troubleshooting technology-related transactions.
• Maintain branch security and assist with audits.
• Cross-sell products to build relationships.
