Job summary

Georgia United Credit Union is seeking a branch associate to welcome members, explain credit union services, and handle basic account tasks. You will resolve discrepancies and assist with technology-related services to ensure smooth member experiences.

This role requires a high school diploma or better, at least one year in a service-oriented setting, and compliance with SAFE Act/NMLS requirements. Notary license or ability to obtain one is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of service-oriented experience.
• Must meet SAFE Act NMLS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and direct members visiting the branch to create a positive first impression.
• Present and explain credit union services and products, open/close accounts, and conduct account research.
• Resolve member account discrepancies and assist with escalated transactions as needed.
• Assist members with troubleshooting technology-related transactions and offerings.
• Maintain professional standards and follow credit union policies and guidelines.
• Promote products/services to build financial relationships in line with strategy.
