Qualifications

• Experience in member service and branch operations.
• Ability to open/close accounts and explain products.
• Aptitude for loan origination, verification and closings.
• Strong attention to accuracy and policy compliance.
• Familiarity with ATM+ and cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guide them through branch services.
• Explain credit union products and assist with account tasks.
• Resolve account discrepancies and escalate complex issues.
• Assist with loan applications, closings and documentation.
• Balance cash drawers and operate ATM+ machines.
• Support branch audits and daily reporting.
