Responsibilities

• Welcome and direct members visiting the branch, creating a positive member experience from start to finish.
• Present and explain credit union services and products, open/close accounts, and conduct account research.
• Resolve member account discrepancies with file maintenance and necessary changes; assist with escalations.
• Assist members with troubleshooting technology-related transactions and issues.
• Follow professional conduct and credit union policies to protect the organization’s reputation.
• Promote relevant products and services to build financial relationships and counsel members on money management.
• Use consultative conversations to assess member needs and meet or exceed goals.
• Foster strong, positive working relationships aligned with the company’s purpose and core values.
