Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Member Specialist to support Field Sales and Branch Operations. You will assist members with memberships and insurance questions, process changes, renewals, and billing inquiries while supporting agents and cross-selling Travel and Auto products.

The role requires a valid Property and Casualty license and a Notary Public credential within 1 year. Occasional travel to meetings is expected; comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• GED required to qualify for office responsibilities.
• 1–3 years in sales or customer service preferred.
• Proficiency in data entry and general computer skills.
• Notary Public - NNA within 1 year required.
• Property and Casualty Insurance license valid in selling state is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to members and insureds.
• Sell memberships and assist in insurance sales to prospective insureds.
• Assist members with changes to policies or memberships and billing inquiries.
• Conduct field inspections as necessary and process payments.
• Develop insurance leads for agents and life specialists and support cross selling.
