Auto Club Enterprises, a leading national club, is seeking a Member Specialist to provide professional service to members and insureds, assist with memberships and insurance, and support sales and underwriting activities. The role involves handling billing, policy changes, and leads development, with a focus on high-quality customer interactions.

The position requires a GED, data entry skills, and a license in Property and Casualty Insurance; travel is occasional for off-site meetings.

Qualifications

• High School GED required.
• 1-3 years customer service preferred.
• Moderate proficiency in data entry required.
• Moderate Word and Excel skills preferred.
• Property and Casualty/Solicitors License required.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License, valid in selling state - Issued by State within 1 Year Required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to members and insureds.
• Provide service and information to members regarding memberships and insurance.
• Sell memberships and assist in the sale of insurance to prospective insureds.
• Assist members with changes to existing policies or memberships, renewals, and provide information regarding billing.
• Accept payments on membership and insurance.
• Verify insurance coverage for lien holders and leasing companies.
• Provide binders as requested.
• Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists.
• Communicate positively and effectively with all staff.
• Maintain positive relationships with management.
• Provide service support for management and sales and life agents.
• Engage in cross selling opportunities.
• Resolve member and insured related problems using discretion and independent judgment.
