Auto Club Enterprises seeks a personable Member Specialist to support growth, service goals, and profitability for Field Sales within a Branch. You will assist members with membership and insurance information, handle routine and advanced service tasks, and engage in cross-selling opportunities.

You will verify coverage, handle payments, assist in renewals, and contribute to documentation and record-keeping.

Qualifications

• High School GED required.
• 1–3 years customer service preferred.
• Moderate proficiency in data entry.
• Moderate MS Word and Excel skills preferred.
• Advanced customer service skills preferred.
• Property and Casualty/Solicitors License required.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License, valid in selling state – issued within 1 year required.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional customer service to members and insureds; deliver information on memberships and insurance.
• Assist walk-in and telephone members with insurance services.
• Sell memberships and assist in selling insurance to prospective insureds.
• Help members with changes to policies or memberships, renewals, and billing information.
• Accept payments on membership and insurance.
• Verify insurance coverage for lien holders and leasing companies.
• Provide binders as requested.
• Perform typing and other administrative duties.
