Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support Field Sales in a branch. You will provide service to members and insureds, assist in selling memberships and insurance, and handle policy changes and billing with care and accuracy.

The role requires a GED and state license in property and casualty insurance, plus strong data entry and MS Word/Excel skills. Occasional travel and on-site presence are expected.

Qualifications

• High School GED required with 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Moderate proficiency in data entry and basic MS Word/Excel skills.
• Advanced customer service skills preferred; license in Property and Casualty Insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to members and insureds.
• Assist in selling memberships and insurance products to prospective clients.
• Handle walk-in and phone inquiries and assist with policy changes and billing.
• Verify insurance coverage and provide binders as requested.
• Develop leads for office sales agents and life specialists.
• Resolve member issues using discretion and escalate when needed.
