Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Membership Specialist to support Field Sales within a Branch. You will deliver professional customer service to members and insureds, assist in the sale of memberships and insurance, and handle changes to policies, renewals, and billing information.

Responsibilities include verifying coverage, processing payments, developing insurance leads, and cross-selling opportunities while maintaining positive relationships with management and staff.

Qualifikationen

• High School GED required.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Moderate proficiency in data entry, MS Word and Excel preferred.
• Property and Casualty Insurance license required; license valid in selling state within 1 year.

• Provide professional customer service to members and insureds.
• Sell memberships and assist in selling insurance to prospective insureds.
• Assist with changes to policies or memberships, renewals and billing information.
