Auto Club Enterprises seeks a Membership Specialist to support Field Sales in our branch operations. You will deliver professional service to members and insureds, sell memberships, and assist with insurance products, billing, and policy changes.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, lead development for agents, and effective cross-selling. You will work closely with staff to maintain strong member relations and provide timely information on memberships and coverage.

Qualifications

• High School GED required.
• 1-3 years customer service experience preferred.
• Moderate proficiency in data entry and MS Word/Excel preferred.
• Property and Casualty license required; P/C insurance license in selling state within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to members and insureds.
• Sell memberships and assist in selling insurance to prospective insureds.
• Assist members with changes to existing policies or memberships, renewals, and billing information.
• Accept payments on membership and insurance; verify coverage for lien holders/leasing companies.
• Provide binders as requested; develop insurance leads for agents and life specialists.
• Resolve member and insured related problems with discretion and independent judgment.
