Job summary

Planet Fitness - TG3E/CM3 is seeking a Floater/Member Services Representative on a per diem basis. This role serves as the first point of contact for members, answering questions, processing sign-ups, and guiding tours.

The MSR promotes memberships, handles billing inquiries, and helps maintain a clean, welcoming club environment. The position requires on-site work, a positive attitude, and the ability to learn club policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work on-site.
• CPR/AED and tanning certifications must be obtained within required timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist with account inquiries, changes, and billing questions.
• Provide information on memberships and upgrades, tours, and sign-ups.
• Process new memberships, cancellations and payments at the front desk.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the club and assist with daily operations.
