Job summary

Planet Fitness seeks a per diem Member Services Representative to greet members and guests, handle inquiries, and process payments on-site. This role emphasizes friendly, professional service and a strong understanding of club culture.

You will assist with tours, sign-ups, promotions, and upgrades, while maintaining cleanliness and accurate member records; respond to questions, answer phones, and support front desk operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work onsite; this is not a remote position.
• CPR/AED certification within required timeframes.
• Tanning Certification within company required timeframes.
• National Sex Offender Registry search is required.
• Utah locations participate in E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist members with account inquiries, changes, and billing questions.
• Process new memberships, cancellations and payments accurately.
• Provide information about memberships and promotions; tours and sign-ups.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the club; answer phones and assist in front desk operations.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
