Job summary

Planet Fitness is hiring a Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional service to members, prospective members, and guests. The Overnight MSR will work independently, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining situational awareness and logging non-emergencies in Teams.

Schedule: Full Time, Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM; some shifts may vary. The role requires standing/walking, occasional lifting up to 50 lbs, and strong diplomacy in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Punctual and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Check members into the system and assist with sign-ups and updates to accounts.
• Answer phones and handle inquiries professionally.
• Conduct facility tours and maintain cleanliness and safety of the club.
• Report issues to management and follow company policies.
