Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to welcome members and guests, answer inquiries, process memberships and payments, and support front desk operations. You will help create a clean, friendly environment and promote membership options in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities include assisting with tours, handling billing questions, and maintaining facility standards. On-site work requires an upbeat, professional attitude and compliance with company policies; CPR/AED

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work onsite, not remote.
• Upbeat, professional and positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable, punctual and dependable.
• Professional, respectful, and solutions-oriented in member and employee interactions.
• CPR/AED Certification and Tanning Certification within required timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist members with account inquiries, changes and billing questions.
• Provide information about memberships and amenities; assist with tours and sign-ups.
• Process new memberships, cancellations and payments; handle front desk operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across the facility; ensure weights are returned to racks.
