The role emphasizes on-site presence, professional interactions, and the ability to meet membership and customer service goals while adhering to club policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR/AED Certification within required timeframes.
• E-Verify participation where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist with memberships, sign-ups, and billing questions.
• Process memberships, cancellations and payments accurately while maintaining club cleanliness.
