Job summary

Fitness Ventures LLC is recruiting a Member Services Representative to welcome members and guests and deliver outstanding service. You will greet arrivals, check in members, and relay club events and promotions while maintaining a positive environment.

The role requires strong communication and multitasking abilities, with a focus on ensuring member satisfaction and retention. Previous customer service or front desk experience is preferred, and CPR certification may be required for some

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check in members and guests accurately.
• Communicate club events, promotions, and announcements.
• Process payments for club amenities and services.
• Schedule member services (tanning, hydro-massage, etc.).
• Maintain knowledge of club programs, hours, and policies.
• Support front desk operations and assist management as needed.
