Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to create a welcoming club experience for members and guests. You will greet, assist, and support members while coordinating front desk operations and service scheduling.

The role emphasizes strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to maintain a professional atmosphere in a busy fitness club environment. Previous hospitality or front desk experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check in members and guests accurately per company procedures.
• Communicate club events, promotions, and announcements to members and guests.
• Maintain a positive atmosphere that enhances member experience.
• Answer incoming phone calls courteously and professionally.
• Process payments for club amenities and services.
• Schedule member services like tanning and hydro-massage.
• Promote and sell retail products and club services.
• Maintain clean, organized front desk and work area.
• Collaborate with team to support workplace culture.
