Job summary

Ohana Growth Partners, operating Planet Fitness clubs, seeks a Service Desk Associate to deliver friendly member service, process memberships at the front desk, and keep the facility tidy.

You will greet members, answer questions, operate the POS system, schedule fitness training sessions, and support daily club operations with a positive, judgment-free attitude. Training and advancement opportunities available.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Previous cleaning/maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests on arrival and say goodbye on departure.
• Monitor club access for members and guests.
• Answer questions and handle member/guest complaints.
• Sell memberships and enter new members into the database.
• Operate the POS system and collect balances on past due accounts.
• Assist with club housekeeping and front desk organization.
• Schedule fitness training sessions and complete daily checklists.
• Support new employee onboarding and shift procedures.
