Ohana Growth Partners operates Planet Fitness clubs and is seeking a Service Desk Associate to staff front-desk operations in a welcoming, judgment-free environment. You will assist members, handle inquiries, process memberships, and help maintain a clean, safe club space.

You will greet guests, help with tours, perform POS duties, and support daily administrative tasks while upholding the brand promise and providing exceptional service.

Qualifikationen

• Customer service experience preferred in a retail or fitness club setting.
• Sales experience with ability to write agreements and process payments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with basic computer tasks and data entry.
• Ability to work independently and with others in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Greet members and guests; monitor club access and safety.
• Answer questions, handle complaints, and guide prospects.
• Give tours and sell memberships; process new member data.
• Operate POS system and collect balances on past-due accounts.
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization; restock supplies.
• Schedule fitness training sessions and conduct club walk-arounds.
• Assist with shift procedures and adherence to brand standards.
• Assist with basic cleaning and upkeep of equipment and facilities.
