Job summary

Ohana Growth Partners, one of the largest independent operators of Planet Fitness clubs, seeks a Service Desk Associate to manage front-desk duties, assist members, and keep the facility clean. You will greet members, handle inquiries, process memberships at the POS, and ensure a welcoming, judgment-free environment.

This role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and basic computer skills. Prior experience is a plus; High School diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Previous cleaning/maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests on arrival and say goodbye on departure.
• Monitor club access for members and guests.
• Answer questions and handle member and guest complaints.
• Sell memberships and process new member agreements at the front desk.
• Operate POS system and collect balances on past-due accounts.
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with scheduling training sessions and tours for prospects.
• Perform cleaning duties and routine housekeeping of the facility.
