Job summary

Ohana Growth Partners, operating Planet Fitness clubs, seeks a Service Desk Associate. You will greet members, manage access, sell memberships, and support the front desk with daily tasks and cleanup. Excellent customer service and basic computer literacy are essential.

You will interact with members and guests, process payments, and help schedule training sessions while maintaining a welcoming, clean facility in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate Judgment Free Zone concept clearly.
• Basic numerical accuracy for payments and balances.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and manage club access.
• Sell memberships and enter new members into the database.
• Operate POS system and process payments.
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization.
• Schedule fitness training appointments.
• Perform routine club housekeeping tasks.
