Job summary

Ohana Growth Partners is seeking a Service Desk Associate for Planet Fitness clubs to provide excellent member service, sales, and club upkeep. You will greet guests, manage access, answer questions, and support management with daily operations.

You will also process memberships, handle POS transactions, schedule training sessions, and ensure the front desk and clubs stay clean and organized. The role emphasizes a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere aligned with brand standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Basic computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests upon arrival and say goodbye upon departure.
• Monitor club access for members and guests.
• Answer questions and handle member/guest complaints.
• Sell memberships and process new member agreements.
• Operate POS system and collect balances on past due accounts.
• Schedule fitness training sessions and conduct club walk-through every 20 minutes.
• Maintain cleanliness of the front desk and overall club.
