Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk tasks: answer calls, tours, and data collection.
• Assist in member sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member accounts.
• Facilitate member services questions and forward to a supervisor as needed.
• Help maintain neatness and cleanliness of the club.
