Responsibilities

• Greet and assist potential and current members, providing a positive experience.
• Handle front desk tasks: phone inquiries, information calls, tours.
• Support member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates.
• Maintain club cleanliness and report issues to management.
