Planet Fitness Baseline Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to drive new member sales and deliver a superior member experience at the front desk. You will engage potential members, handle inquiries, tours, and ensure smooth check-ins and sign-ups while maintaining a welcoming club environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and professionalism to uphold the Judgement Free Zone philosophy across our Minnesota locations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks: answering calls, taking info calls and tours.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member accounts.
• Facilitate member services issues and forward to appropriate supervisor when needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
