Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Minnesota is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet members, answer questions, and create a positive member experience.

You will handle front desk tasks, take info calls and tours, assist with check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and relay issues to the Club Manager. This role emphasizes communication, empathy, and teamwork to ensure member satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks.
• Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns.
• Taking info calls and tours
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
