Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Minnesota seeks a Customer Service Representative Opener (Wednesday and Friday) to welcome members, handle front desk duties, and drive a positive, membership-focused experience.

You will greet guests, answer calls, assist with sign-ups and cancellations, support member services, and help keep the club tidy. Reliable, friendly communication and basic computer skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members and provide a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk tasks including answering phone calls, taking info calls and tours, assisting with sign-ups, cancellations and updating member accounts.
• Facilitate member services issues and forward to supervisor as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
