Job summary

Planet Fitness club operations operated by Ohana Growth Partners seeks a Service Desk Associate. You will greet members, answer questions, sell memberships, and manage front desk duties while keeping the facility clean and welcoming for all guests.

The role requires strong communication, friendly service, and reliability, with opportunities for growth in a growing network of clubs and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and assist with inquiries.
• Sell memberships, write agreements, and enter new members into database.
• Operate Point-of-Sale system and collect balances on past due accounts.
• Schedule appointments for fitness training sessions.
• Perform club housekeeping and maintenance tasks.
• Monitor club access for members and guests and handle complaints.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to all visitors.
