Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Cedar Rapids is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet members, assist with tours, and process sign-ups at the club. You’ll provide a friendly, helpful experience and support daily front-desk operations.

Responsibilities include member check-ins, answering questions, and resolving issues with the Club Manager’s guidance. Ideal candidates deliver excellent service, basic computer skills, and a positive attitude that aligns with our Judgement

Qualifications

• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks and assist with questions or concerns.
• Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
• Taking info calls and tours.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
