Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• CPR/AED certification required (may be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with warmth and ensure they feel welcome.
• Check in members and guests per procedures; handle alerts.
• Promote memberships and services; upsell tanning and other offerings.
• Maintain cleanliness and knowledge of club facilities.
• Attend meetings and training; follow company policies.
