JEM Wellness Brands, a Crunch Fitness franchise partner, is seeking a part-time Member Services Representative for day shifts in Greenfield, Wisconsin. The role focuses on delivering exceptional member service, welcoming members and staff, and supporting the front desk in a busy fitness club.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with proficient reading and writing skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to navigate club software and systems.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• CPR/AED certification required; may be obtained within 30 days.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly and ensure welcome.
• Handle front desk duties and check-in procedures.
• Promote services and handle member or guest inquiries.
• Assist with sales and enrollments and process payments.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and knowledge of programs.
• Attend meetings and training sessions.
