Job summary

Ohana Growth Partners is seeking a Service Desk Associate for our Planet Fitness clubs in Michigan. You will greet members, manage front desk operations, and drive member sales while ensuring the facility is clean and welcoming.

You will handle inquiries, process memberships, operate the POS system, and support management with daily tasks. A positive, inclusive attitude and basic computer skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Previous cleaning/maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests upon arrival and bid farewell on departure.
• Monitor club access for members and non-members.
• Answer questions and handle member and guest complaints.
• Give tours to prospective members and explain memberships.
• Sell memberships, write agreements, and enter new members into the database.
• Operate the POS system and collect balances on past due accounts.
• Perform club housekeeping and maintain front desk organization.
