Job summary

Ohana Growth Partners, operator of Planet Fitness clubs, seeks a Service Desk Associate to manage front-desk duties, greet members and guests, and process memberships. You will handle inquiries, assist with tours, and operate the POS system while maintaining a clean, welcoming facility.

Role requires strong communication, customer service, and reliability, with opportunities for growth and inclusion in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Previous cleaning/maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members and guests upon arrival and say goodbye upon departure.
• Monitor club access for members and guests.
• Answer questions and handle member and guest complaints.
• Sell memberships, write agreements, and enter new members into database.
• Operate Point-of-Sale system and collect balances on past due accounts.
• Schedule appointments for fitness training sessions.
• Perform club housekeeping and maintenance tasks as listed in the duties.
• Maintain organization of the front desk and assist with daily tasks.
