Job summary

Ohana Growth Partners is seeking a Service Desk Associate for a Grand Rapids Planet Fitness club. The role focuses on member and guest service, membership sales, and maintaining a clean, welcoming front desk.

You will greet guests, answer questions, guide tours, process new memberships, and support daily club operations. A strong customer service mindset and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests; manage arrivals and departures.
• Monitor club access for members and non-members.
• Answer calls and assist prospects with information.
• Sell memberships and enter new members into database.
• Operate POS and collect balances on past due accounts.
• Maintain front desk organization and cleanliness.
• Schedule fitness training appointments.
• Assist with club housekeeping and supplies.
