Job summary

Ohana Growth Partners is seeking a Service Desk Associate for a Planet Fitness club in Holland, MI. You will greet members, manage front desk operations, process memberships, and assist guests with information and bookings.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, basic computer skills, and the ability to work independently as well as with a team. Full-time hours with a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Previous cleaning/maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members and guests upon arrival and say goodbye upon departure.
• Monitor club access to both members and non-members.
• Answer questions and handle member and guest complaints.
• Sell memberships, write agreements, and enter new members into database.
• Operate Point-of-Sale system and collect balances on past due accounts.
• Schedule appointments for fitness training sessions.
