Job summary

Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness is seeking a Front Desk/Member Services Associate in Altoona, IA. You will create a welcoming environment for members and guests, handle front desk duties, and support member services with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Responsibilities include greeting potential members, tours, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member accounts, while maintaining a clean club area. This role emphasizes outstanding customer service and teamwork to ensure a positive member

Qualifications

• Honesty and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Physical demands: standing/walking most of shift; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist potential members to provide a positive experience.
• Handle front desk tasks including answering phones, taking information for calls and tours, and updating member accounts.
• Assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member information.
• Facilitate member services questions and forward to Club Manager/Team Lead as needed.
• Maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club front area and workspace.
