Job summary

Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness is seeking a friendly front desk associate to greet members and guests, answer inquiries, and guide tours. You will process sign-ups, cancellations, and member updates while ensuring a welcoming, clean, and efficient club environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with check-ins, BCM amenity usage, and escalating issues to management. This on-site role supports a positive member experience and smooth club operations.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to listen actively and respond empathetically to members and guests.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills for member issues.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist potential members, creating a positive first impression.
• Handle front desk tasks: answer phones, take tours, process sign-ups and cancellations.
• Assist with member check-ins, BCM amenity usage, and updating account information.
• Forward service issues to the Club Manager as needed and help maintain clean facilities.
