Job summary

Fitness Ventures LLC seeks a courteous Member Services Representative to greet members and guests, check them in, and promote the club’s services. You will handle front desk tasks and assist with events while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

The role requires a high school diploma, 18+ years of age, and strong communication skills. Experience in hospitality or retail and comfort with children are a plus; a professional appearance is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
• Check in members and guests accurately and efficiently in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Communicate club events, promotions, and important announcements to members and guests.
• Promote and sell retail products and club services to members and guests.
• Support front desk operations, including payments and scheduling of member services.
• Maintain an accurate understanding of club programs, services, operating hours, and schedules.
• Assist with events, decorations, and team collaboration; uphold a positive workplace culture.
