Job summary

Ohana Growth Partners in Norton Shores, MI is seeking a Service Desk Associate to provide excellent member and guest service, greet on arrival, manage the front desk, operate the POS, and help maintain a clean and welcoming facility.

This role emphasizes strong communication, basic computer skills, and teamwork within a fast-paced fitness environment while upholding the Judgment Free Zone brand promise.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members and guests upon arrival and say goodbye upon departure.
• Monitor club access for members and non-members.
• Answer questions and handle member/guest complaints.
• Answer phone calls and provide information to prospects.
• Give tours to prospective members and sell memberships.
• Operate the POS system and collect balances on past due accounts.
• Maintain front desk organization and cleanliness.
• Schedule fitness training sessions and complete club walk-arounds every 20 minutes.
