Job summary

Ohana Growth Partners is seeking a Service Desk Associate to provide exceptional member service, manage front desk operations, and maintain facility cleanliness. You will greet members, manage access, handle inquiries, and support sales of gym memberships.

Responsibilities include POS use, member onboarding, and daily cleaning duties while upholding the brand's inclusive, judgement-free environment. Prior experience and basic computer skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests upon arrival and say goodbye upon departure.
• Monitor club access for members and guests.
• Answer questions and handle member/guest complaints.
• Answer phone calls and provide information to prospects.
• Sell memberships, write agreements, and enter new members into the database.
• Operate POS system and collect balances on past due accounts.
• Schedule fitness training sessions and perform club housekeeping tasks.
• Complete daily walk-arounds and checklists; maintain desk organization.
